AmadloziSA is an online jewellery store based in South Africa, offering both custom-made and ready-to-ship CAD-designed jewellery crafted with genuine precious metals such as palladium silver, 9ct gold, and sterling silver. Product Descriptions and Orders

We strive for accuracy in every product description, photograph, and specification listed on our website. However, slight variations in colour, scale, or finish may occur due to screen differences and manual CAD-based crafting.

By placing an order, you acknowledge:

  • You understand our materials and sizing policy

  • You agree that small design variances are not valid grounds for disputes

AmadloziSA reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time if fraud, pricing errors, or supplier issues are suspected.

Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on amadlozisa.co.za are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.

Payments are accepted through secure third-party gateways. We do not store or handle any banking information. By making a purchase, you confirm you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

Delivery and Fulfilment

We offer nationwide delivery within South Africa, with free shipping on orders over R5000. Estimated delivery timeframes are displayed at checkout, but actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, location, or unforeseen circumstances.

AmadloziSA will not be held liable for delivery delays outside of our control once an item is shipped.

Warranty and Repairs

All custom jewellery includes a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects, non-genuine materials, or metal failure (e.g. bending, breakage, or tarnishing) under normal wear.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from improper handling

  • Wear and tear

  • Accidental breakage

  • Chemical exposure

Repairs outside the warranty period may be offered at a quoted cost.

We are proud to work with reputable South African partners like Precious Metals Tswane (PMT) to ensure that all our materials meet the highest standards of quality and traceability.

Refund and Returns

Please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy for complete details. Below is a summary:

  • Ready-made jewellery can be returned within 3 days if damaged on arrival or not as described

  • Custom items are not returnable, but include a 1-year warranty under specific conditions

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the fault lies with AmadloziSA

  • Wear and tear is not a valid reason for return or refund

  • Email with supporting images is required to initiate a return or warranty claim

All returns or disputes must be submitted via email to info@amadlozisa.co.za for documentation purposes.

Limitation of Liability

By using our site or purchasing our products, you agree that AmadloziSA shall not be held responsible for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage
