We start with a one-on-one consultation to understand your vision, style preferences, and budget.
Step 2 – inspiration & References
You share reference images, sketches, or even just a concept. We’ll help translate that into a workable design.
Step 3 – Deposit
A 30% deposit secures your project and gets us started on design.
Step 4 – CAD Design
We create a detailed digital 3D model of your piece. You’ll receive lifelike renders to review.
✅ You’re allowed up to 3 free revisions
Once approved, your piece goes into production.
Step 5 – Production
Crafted by our expert jewellers using quality materials. Production takes approximately 2 weeks, depending on the complexity of your design
Step 6 – Packaging & Delivery
We beautifully package your jewellery and deliver it personally, ensuring it arrives in perfect condition.
